History:

Sutton Group based in Auckland New Zealand was established in 1987 by Brent & Denise Sutton.
Brent has extensive Engineering and Sales experience and has managed successful projects in Africa and Europe. His involvement and relationships built within the Food and Beverage industries have enabled the company to evolve from a very small family run business to a company that continues to strengthen and grow each year. The company is privately owned and operated by the Sutton family with three generations still very much at the helm.

Attention to detail and a desire to be the best has helped Sutton Group consolidate its reputation as manufacturers and packers of dry powdered products. The Engineering Division is involved in a number of projects in New Zealand and overseas and has also designed and built much of the plant we use for Food Manufacturing. Our Packaging Division supplies leading New Zealand and Australian beverage manufacturers with high quality imported glassware and closures.

Our commitment to excellence, innovation and customer service has resulted in a number of successful new ventures and our continued phenomenal growth. This necessitated our move in 2004 to larger premises at Airport Oaks, South Auckland. The purpose built factory, offices and engineering workshop are all housed in one modern facility, enabling synergies across the three divisions; Food, Packaging and Engineering.

We have developed strong markets for our products both in New Zealand and across the globe and proudly employ an internationally experienced workforce. Our commitment to the environment and sustainability has seen us invest in a 20 hectare forestry site in the north of the North Island.
